Our Team

Compassion is a core characteristic for all ProCare team members. We love our company, our customers, and the people we are blessed to serve. We truly care about how we affect those around us. Family is also very important to us. We work to provide for them, we seek quality time with them, and we provide comfort to the families we serve.

Meet the ProCare Leadership Team!

Chris Hunt  |  President

Chris Hunt has over 20 years in the industry serving clients and assembling award-winning teams. He was born in Clarkston, WA, but grew up in Meridian, ID. He and his wife of 22 years, Carmen, have two teenage children together. When Chris isn’t formulating solutions for his clients, he is likely to be found enjoying the cathartic nature of sculpting clay and exploring the outdoors. What does he credit his success to? His team. They work hard to make sure ProCare remains client and patient focused. Chris says he is always looking for team members who are professional, responsive, and patient minded. This helps ProCare provide the level of care his clients and their patients deserve.

Carmen Hunt  |  Director, AP/AR Manager

Carmen Hunt works alongside her husband, Chris Hunt, to make sure ProCare’s financial operations run smoothly. Carmen was born in Bucharest, Romania and moved to the United States in 1991. She has been married to CJ for 22 years and they have two teenage children together. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family, two dogs, and cat. She also teaches fitness classes and loves to bake. You can always count on Carmen to ensure that your account is kept in proper order, while serving up a few fitness and baking tips in the process.

Karen Raush |  Hospice Liaison, Compliance

Karen has been assisting facilities as a DME liaison since 2010. She prides herself in treating her clients as people, not numbers. It goes without saying that the level of care she provides her clients is unprecedented. Her passion for doing what she does started at a young age. When her grandmother had to undergo hospice care, she knew she wanted to help make the process as easy as possible for others like her grandma. Today, she realizes that vision by providing patients equipment, and end-life services and support, her clients and patients can count on. Karen was born in Colorado Springs, CO but spent most of her childhood in Boise, ID taking part in a variety of outdoor activities like horseback riding, camping, and skiing. Currently she lives in the Boise area with her significant other of 10 years, and their 8-year-old son.
