Rehabilitation after a major surgery or procedure is an important time of rest and healing. For patients to recover quickly and without complication, specialized equipment is sometimes necessary.
The rehabilitation equipment ProCare offers includes Sequential Compression Devices (SCD) as well as Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) devices.
SCDs are inflatable nylon sleeves designed to reduce swelling and prevent the formation of blood clots in the arms and legs. ProCare also has Arterial Compression devices available.
A CPM is a device designed to aid recovery after surgery on one of the major joints including shoulders, knees, ankles, and toes. Passive movement is a great solution because it can prevent joint stiffness and help patients regain their range of motion.
ProCare offers a full range of rehabilitation equipment. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please contact us for more information. Our experienced staff is trained to answer all of your questions.
All ProCare Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is Patient Ready Certified™ which guarantees that our equipment is sanitized above and beyond the industry standard to protect patients, their families, and providers from cross-contamination.
