Official Rules

Entrants who want a tree provided to them by ProCare must fill out the Entry Form and submit to ProCare by end of day December 5th, 2014. You may either give the Entry Form to a ProCare employee or fax the form to 208-322-8033. One mini or tabletop pine tree will be provided to each entrant/team.

If you want to submit your own tree, it must be similar in dimension and style. Trees exceeding 24” in height (including stand) will be disqualified. Trees will be judged from all sides.

Entrants may decorate the trees in any way they like, projecting their creativity and reflecting their version of Christmas spirit.

Decorated trees will be judged on the following criteria:

  • Best representation of an organization or department 30%
  • Best portrayal of theme 30%
  • Bonus points will be awarded for integrating a visible ProCare logo into your theme.

First Place

$100 Best Buy gift certificate and 4 movie tickets to the winner. Also, the facility housing the First Place winner will receive a new Pride Stylus Manual Wheelchair valued over $900.

Second Place

$50 Best Buy gift certificate and 2 movie tickets.

Third Place

$25 Walmart gift card and 2 movie tickets.

To be eligible to win, entrants must have trees completed and picture-ready for ProCare staff to photograph by 5 PM, December 15, 2014. Entrants may also send an email with at least three photos attached: two photos of your finished tree (front and back side) and another close-up photo of the ornaments on your tree to cj@procarets.com by the deadline of 5 PM on December 15th. The Christmas tree photos should be JPG. or GIF. format. In your email please tell us whether you’re entering as an individual or as a team and include name(s), facility, and description of your entry. All entries submitted after the deadline will be ineligible to win.

Winners will be notified on or about December 20, 2014. Entries will be judged by ProCare staff. The decision of the judges will be final. The entries of the prize winners may also be featured on our website.
